Available Functions
Each individual who has access to GCB-online will have the ability to inquire on any accounts they are an owner or signer of; including checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs, and loans. You will be able to look up images of checks, have access to four (4) months of past bank statements, transfer between accounts, set up scheduled transfers, make loan payments, pay bills, and set up recurring bill payments. If you think you should have access to an account please notify the bank and a member of the staff will look into the account setup.
User Code & Password
Each individual who wants access to GCB-online must designate a user code and password. The user code must be at least six (6) characters and is case sensitive. The password must be a minimum of eight (8) characters, up to a maximum of seventeen (17) characters, which must consist of at least two (2) numeric characters and two (2) alpha characters and are case sensitive. For example, your password may be: 123signup. For security purposes it is a good idea to have unique user codes and passwords; do not use your name or common words.
Security Features
Your password will expire every four (4) months and you will be required to change it. A session will be terminated if it is inactive for 10 minutes forcing you to logon again. You are allowed three (3) invalid password attempts after that you will be locked out and will have to contact the bank. If you do not logon in ninety (90) days you will not have access to GCB-online and will have to be reestablished as a user by performing the First Time User functions again. This is a Private Secure Site and only Authorized Users are allowed. This site has been upgraded to provide the added security of Multi-Factor Authentication per federal regulations.
Bill Payments
You may use the GCB-online Bill Pay Service to electronically schedule payments. Payments are posted against your balance available for withdrawal, plus the available credit on your overdraft protection, if any, or other line of credit. Recurring payments are those made for the same amount and are made on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly basis, etc. Once started, recurring payments will be made automatically until you use your PC to delete the scheduled payment.
Delivery of Your Payments and Transfers
You may schedule payments to be initiated on the current business day, on a future date, or on the same date of each month. Although you can enter payment information through GCB-online twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, payments can be initiated only on business days. The earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date for each Biller will be designated within the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered when you are scheduling the payment. Therefore, the Service will not permit you to select a Scheduled Payment Date less than the earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date designated for each Biller. When scheduling payments you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is no later than the actual Due Date reflected on your Biller statement unless the Due Date falls on a non-Business Day. If the actual Due Date falls on a non-Business Day, you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is at least one (1) Business Day before the actual Due Date. Scheduled Payment Dates must be prior to any late date or grace period. Depending on the method of payment, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited prior to the Scheduled Payment Date. For example, if the selected method of payment is a draft, the draft arrives earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date due to expedited delivery by the postal service, and the Biller immediately deposits the draft, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date.
Fee Schedule
Within a month, per User ID, you can obtain ten (10) check images at no charge but you will be charged an Image Retrieval Fee of $1.00 for each image thereafter.
